Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased directly from our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of your original purchase date.
1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a sixty (60) day money-back guarantee from the date of your original purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may request a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees) within this 60-day window.
Our guarantee applies to:
- Products purchased directly from our website.
- First-time purchases and reorders.
- Both opened and unopened products.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Your refund request must be submitted within sixty (60) days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be honored.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
- Product Return: For refund requests, you may be required to return the product (including any unused portions) to our fulfillment center at your own expense. We will provide a return shipping address upon approval of your refund request.
- Maximum Quantity: Refunds are limited to a maximum of one (1) order per customer for each product. If you have placed multiple orders for the same product, only the most recent order within the guarantee period is eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

- Receive Return Instructions: Our support team will review your request and, if applicable, provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions within two (2) business days.
- Ship the Product Back: If a return is required, package the product securely and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product (or waive the return requirement), we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
4. Refund Method and Timeline
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited to your original card within five to ten (5-10) business days after we process the refund. The exact timing depends on your card issuer.
- Digital Payment Methods: Refunds to digital wallets or payment services will typically appear within three to seven (3-7) business days.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds via bank transfer may take up to fifteen (15) business days to appear in your account.
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and financial institution.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Products purchased from third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces) must be returned in accordance with that retailer's return policy.
- Promotional or free items included with an order are not eligible for separate refunds.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery. We will:
- Replace the damaged or defective product at no cost to you, or
- Issue a full refund including original shipping fees.
For damaged or defective product claims, we may ask you to provide photographs of the damage or defect to help us improve our packaging and quality control processes.
7. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
8. Subscription Orders
If you have a subscription (auto-ship) order:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@mylifeshiftjourney.com or by calling (307) 215-9077.
- Cancellation requests must be received at least forty-eight (48) hours before your next scheduled shipment to prevent the next order from being processed.
- Products received through subscription orders are subject to the same 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of each individual shipment.
9. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in delays in processing your refund and may affect your ability to make future purchases from our website.
10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please request a refund for the original purchase and place a new order for the desired product.
11. International Orders
For international orders, the same refund policy applies. However, please note:
- Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid on the original order are non-refundable by My Life Shift Journey, as these are collected by your country's government.
- Refund processing times may be longer for international transactions.
