OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@mylifeshiftjourney.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and My Life Shift Journey agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Wyoming. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and My Life Shift Journey agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, claims brought in a representative capacity, or consolidated claims involving another person's account.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of materials, transportation, facilities, or energy.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision shall be effective only if in writing and signed by the waiving party.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Life Shift Journey regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction and without notice to you.
